Terms and Conditions

Please ensure to purchase the correct products as we do not offer refund or exchange on change of mind orders or product no longer required. For special ordered parts, returns or exchange will unfortunately not be accepted. Returns are only available for warranty claims within the warranty timeframe.

In the unlikely event of a faulty product, Jap Sports Spares will not be responsible for any labor cost or charges incurred and it will be at the buyer’s expense.

All mechanical parts must be installed by a qualified tradesman in a licensed mechanical workshop.

If any modifications and alterations are made on the part or is installed and fitted incorrectly, the warranty will be VOID.

Jap Sports Spares will not be responsible/liable in the event of an accident or product misused for any injury, damages or loss of income due to failure of any parts sold.

If the product is defective or faulty, please contact via email asap or within 7 days.

Upon any warranty claim, you must be the original purchaser and provide the proof of purchase/receipt.

If the product has been damaged in transit or upon delivery, please notify Jap Sports Spares within 72 hours.


Nissan Brand New Gearboxes

It is extremely rare for any issues to occur on our brand-new gearboxes unless it has been installed incorrectly and outside the manufacturer’s factory specifications.

Nissan Brand new gearboxes are all prefilled with lubrication fluid only. Prior to installation, it must be drained and filled with the correct GL - 4  (75W-85)  gearbox oil and levels.

Limited 3 months warranty from the invoice or delivery date.
